This App uses the Google Maps API to provide map features and location-based services. By using the App, you are bound by Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

No Analytics or Advertising Tracking

To ensure your privacy:

  • No Advertising: We do not display ads within the App.

  • No Targeting: We do not use your data for targeted advertising or marketing profiling.

  • No Facebook Pixel: We do not use the Facebook Pixel or similar social media tracking scripts.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our App anonymously (without creating an account, though functionality may be limited).

  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and can easily be found on our App Store listing and within the App settings.

  • You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on this page.

  • You can change your personal information by emailing us or updating your profile settings within the App.

Do Not Track (DNT) Signals: We do not track our users across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising. Therefore, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

 

6. CCPA Compliance (California Consumer Privacy Act)

If you unsubscribe from our newsletter or delete your account, your personal identifiers are removed from our active databases.
